Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.
These are the last 10 books I’ve read. (As always, you can click the image to go to the Amazon page for the synopsis.)
One Poison Pie by Lynn Cahoon narrated by Angie Hickman
Pecan Pie Baby by Jacqueline Woodson illustrated by Sophie Blackall
The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind by William Kamkwamba and Bryan Mealer and illustrated by Elizabeth Zunon
The Tree Doctor by Tish Rabe and illustrated by Tom Brannon
Visiting Day by Jacqueline Woodson and illustrated by James E. Ransome
My Little Pony Rainbow Rocks
Southern Sass and a Battered Bride by Kate Young
Strawberry Love by Cynthia Graubart

One Poison Pie sounds interesting! If you have the time in the future, you may want to consider adding links to the Goodreads pages for the books you read here so other TTT participants can check out their blurbs, reviews, etc. 🙂

I usually add links as I publish my reviews but that might be an idea in the meantime. Thanks

I love Jacqueline Woodson, but I’ve never read her picture books. How fun!
Happy TTT!

Yeah, I was searching the library for #AuthorAMonth which is Jacqueline Woodson for May. There were a few that came up. I checked out or put on hold almost all the books I could find.
Strawberry Love caught my eye.
There is also a Blueberry Love. I was worried that all the recipes would pretty much be the same but they weren’t. I want to try most of them in the books. The next few days I’m off I’m going to try to get some made and share my thoughts.
