This is definitely worth the read. You can learn how to create the habits you need that will help build the life you want. This is the book that can help you on the path to do just that.
Remember that this is a book and can not actually create the habits for you or even give you the willpower to create them. However, this book can help guide you to creating your own habits and the systems that help those habits stay on track. It is still up to you to put in the work.
